For instance, in the event of an emergency, we need to know the correct phone number and person to contact. Likewise it is vital to have the latest residential information and other matters relating to court orders and access. Please download Update Student Records Form from the "Documents" section of the school website and forward the information to the office. Alternatively contact the office to update any necessary information.
